# Moderation for initial users and old users

Is there a way not to allow new users on the forum to post topics or replies initially without moderation? Old or active users can post without moderation? I have found below plugin but its expecting users as a list. Can we modify the forum to do it based on trust level?

The settings you looking for is in settings \> posting
