The solved plugin is not enabled in this category. You can find the button below topics in, for example, #Support.  
Sometimes users mark topics as solved after someone shares a workaround, which isn’t the final solution. So, on topics in this category, the #fixed tag is added, and the topic is closed by the person who fixed the problem.
