Given the current work at Discourse related to [Category-Specific Moderators, phase 1 RFC - #65 by codinghorror](https://meta.discourse.org/t/category-specific-moderators-phase-1-rfc/21900/65), do you think this is going to be superceded and/or integrated in some official Discourse plugin?
