# Moderators can see the move posts to PM button but can't use it

There seems to be a bug where moderators can see the option to move posts to a new PM, but can’t actually use it. Isn’t it reasonable to just remove the option to moderators instead? Here’s the image of what happens if you try it(As a moderator, not admin):

It returns the error: You are not permitted to view the requested resource.

Is this me, or is it intended. I am a moderator meaning I don’t have the power to move posts to a new PM, so I get the error: You are not permitted to view the requested resource. But the error message should be red, which is the color of danger, but instead, it’s green, which means successful.
