# 모더레이터가 신고된 게시물을 숨길 수 없습니다

1. 사용자 A가 게시글을 작성했습니다.

2. 사용자 B가 해당 게시글을 신고했습니다(예: 부적절한 내용).

3. 관리자(Moderators)가 신고를 승인하고 게시글을 숨겼습니다.

4. 사용자 A가 숨겨진 게시글을 수정했고, 사용자 B는 수정 알림을 받았습니다.

5. 사용자 B가 동일한 사유인 _부적절한 내용_으로 해당 게시글을 다시 신고했습니다.

만약 해당 게시글이 자동으로 숨겨지지 않는다면 다음과 같은 이상한 동작이 발생할 수 있습니다.

- 누군가(관리자를 포함하여) 해당 게시글을 신고하려고 하면, "해당 게시글은 이미 검토되었으므로 신고할 수 없습니다"라는 메시지가 표시됩니다. 하지만 실제로는 해당 신고가 아직 검토 중인 상태입니다.

- 관리자가 신고를 승인하고 게시글을 숨기기로 선택하더라도, 게시글은 숨겨지지 않으며 더 이상 신고할 수도 없습니다.

기대되는 동작:

- 신고가 아직 유효한 상태라면, 다른 사용자도 해당 게시글을 신고할 수 있어야 합니다.

- 관리자가 신고를 승인하고 게시글을 숨기면, 게시글이 실제로 숨겨져야 합니다.
