# Monospace font in the Markdown-only editor

For people struggling with this change, one recommendation I have is:

> Give it a shot for a few days with preview disabled

Once preview is disabled the font change feels significantly more natural.

- Swapping from Rich to Source code feels a lot more natural
- It is extremely clear what mode you are in

We are still taking feedback, nothing is 100% set in stone, we may add more user toggles here, I don’t know.
