# More detail for \`remove full quote\` setting description

I don’t know whether the #Contribute > UX category covers the admin user experience but here goes.
The description of `remove full quote` is:
> Automatically remove full quotes on direct replies.
It isn’t self evident what “direct replies” are – it made me wonder whether it referred to the “reply to post” button rather than the main “reply to topic” button – and the description is incomplete.
The setting was described fully when introduced:

Based on that, the description could be something like:
> Automatically remove quotation if (a) it appears at the start of a post, (b) it is of an entire post, and (c) it is from the immediately preceding post.
This could also be added:
