Hello discourse’s forumies

I do not know how this _help_ is called, when the forum guides a new user (in his first notification).

I’d like to know if it’s possible to add more helpers like this.  
Maybe the basics, to guide how to use the forum, how to find FAQ section, others links, etc.

It’s possible?

You could add more through a plugin but we don’t have a standard practice for how to make these.

Alternatively you could try to use a service like [https://helphero.co/](https://helphero.co/)
