该主题组件会将页眉中的语言选择器移至侧边栏页脚。

### 为什么要进行此更改？

在默认的 Discourse 布局中，页眉很容易变得杂乱无章，尤其是在添加了自定义页眉链接等内容的活跃社区中。

语言选择器本质上是一种\*\*“设置一次，无需再管”\*\*的设置。用户通常只会选择一次首选语言，之后便不再更改。

将其移至侧边栏页脚可以简化页眉界面，同时在需要时仍保持该设置的易访问性。
