# Moved post notification not dismissing when clicked

Clicking the moved post(s) notification initially dismisses it and loads the linked staff post…
… but if you reload the page - the notification is still there highlighted in blue.

This has come up before, and I think there was a fix attempted, but I guess it wasn’t enough? Or the other report is still open.

It has been this way for as long as I remember.
We have ver. 1.2.0.beta4 so unless it’s been fixed another way since, the current way to clear the Move Notifications is to use
“Mark all as Read”

@sam I think you fixed this with the recent changes to notifications? I can’t repro on development.

Nope, this is no longer a bug, I fixed this and every other instance where blue does not clear.
We set a header on the next ajax call to clear it AND a cookie, so yeah … stuff will clear … always.
