Did the rebuild finish successfully? Is the container running?

You might try running [Discourse Doctor](https://meta.discourse.org/t/announcing-discourse-doctor/92991):

```plaintext
sudo -s
/var/discourse/
./discourse-doctor 

```

That should give more information that could help.
