# 迁移到另一个VPS提供商

抱歉给您带来这些没完没了的问题和疑问，但我无法让它正常工作。安装文件在新服务器上，我收到了这个错误：

正在检查您的域名 . . .  
警告：无法通过主机名 [new.craftbeertr.com](http://new.craftbeertr.com) 访问计算机的 443 端口。  
警告：连接到 [http://new.craftbeertr.com](http://new.craftbeertr.com)（端口 80）也失败。

这表明 [new.craftbeertr.com](http://new.craftbeertr.com) 解析到的 IP 地址无法到达您正在安装 discourse 的这台机器。

首先要做的是确认 [new.craftbeertr.com](http://new.craftbeertr.com) 解析到了此服务器的 IP 地址。  
您通常在购买域名的同一地点进行此操作。

如果您确定 IP 地址解析正确，则可能是防火墙问题。  
搜索“打开端口 YOUR CLOUD SERVICE”可能会有所帮助。

我正在尝试了解这是否可能是一个服务器防火墙相关的问题。但是“ufw status”命令返回“inactive”响应。
