Unable to assign multiple tags from same tag group to a Topic

> Permission level admin

Refer images below : required autocomplete `term3-2023`

Testing C/O: Error persists after below C/O

- Hard Refresh
- Logged out and login
- Multiple users checked
- Checked for multiple topics in same category

Could you check your tag group settings and see if the ‘Limit one tag per topic from this group’ option is ticked?
