# インストールが壊れました。アップグレードはしたものの、プラグインのアップグレードを忘れたためです

That sounds like it’s likely a plugin/theme issue. Does it happen in [safe mode?](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-to-use-discourse-safe-mode/53504)
