# "my" preferences links should have a description that reflects the target page

If I use the URL `https://meta.discourse.org/my/preferences/account` in a post, that link shows up like this: [Discourse Meta - The Official Support Forum for Discourse](https://meta.discourse.org/my/preferences/account) (in case this changes and gets re-rendered sometime in the future, it’s the generic site title: “Discourse Meta - The Official Support Forum for Discourse”.)

It’d be nice if that said “Account - Preferences” instead.
