# Native theme feature feedback, bugs, thoughts, feelings, prayers

Perfect, thanks for that @sam. Giving people theme choice on every device is the goal.

Is that wording clear enough? To me, _Make this my default theme_ sounds like it wouldn’t affect devices where the theme was already changed locally.  
Even after reading your example, I’m not totally sure how this checkbox works… (Is its state saved to the server? If I uncheck it on one device, will it become unchecked on all other devices as well?)

It is tied to the save action. The text is quite clear to me. At the time of save, either:

- you change theme for your current device only

Or

- you change theme for all your devices

There seems to be a bug with the theme selector - I believe this is a browser with a theme I previously selected without “make this my default theme everywhere.”

Here, I’m selecting a dark theme, applying, then navigating away with the new theme (supposedly) applied, but it doesn’t stick.
