I need trusted administrator/OPSEC/developer to work on my forum, i need some specail plugins to make also, the tasks project will be not less than $250 upto $700

Please i don’t pay in advance, i pay through escrow or in “[freelancer.com](http://freelancer.com)”, i got scammed too much and i dont trust anyone.
