# Need to import content from Telligent's Community Server (2008)

We have an existing community however the members have been complaining about the community’s platform for years. I have recommended Discourse but they are reluctant to lose all the information in the old forum.

The old forum is based on the paid version of Telligent’s Community Server (circa 2008). I have full database access and can program anything on the server as needed to help with the conversion. The server platform is [ASP.NET](http://ASP.NET) and SQL Server (2012).

The community has roughly 6,000 users and 60,000 posts. We have money to spend on the conversion, but I will need to get approval for the amount, so I will need an estimate of cost.

We need the project to be completed by August 1st.
