I am hoping someone can help me figure out why it is saying that I have something thats needs to be approved, but when I click into the interface doesn’t let me know whats up or how I can address it? Is anyone else having this issue? If so what can I do about it? [image] [image]

Possibly related to: [image] SSO user unnecessary approval with 403 error SSO Wordpress handles my user creation, but today I have this user’s approval pending: [approve-user] Clicking Approve leads to a 403 error: [403-error] I’ve never seen a user come up for approval before, so I’m not sure why this one is different. He also looks like every other user in the Admin. Perhaps yesterday’s update to v2.3.0.beta6 +16 introduced a bug? Here is the error log: play_button Log

@eviltrout is this on your list?

It seems that this might have something to do with the Assign Plugin that I recently installed; today when playing around with this plugin, another rogue “Need Approval” notification which I cannot dismiss or action has appeared along side the first that was reported in my first post. Looking back in hindsight, the first notification also appeared when playing around with the Assign Plugin feature. Hopefully this provides the dev team with a clue as to where to look when trying to isolate this bug. Thanks

The assign plugin should not affect user approval. Do you have invite only or must approve users enabled?
