# New features items is missing version string

The “New rich text editor for easier writing experience” item in `https://meta.discourse.org/new-features.json` seems to be missing the `discourse_version` field and thus is it being displayed on sites on lower Discourse versions, including stable. Admins are getting notified about this as well.

Although it is a really cool feature, for people on stable the announcement comes a bit early 🙂

Thanks for raising this I set the version to 3.5.0.beta7, technically it was available a bit before.
