This is primarily a support forum for Discourse platform!
I am a fellow community member here and help manage & run a few forums running Discourse.
The primary rules as with most forums is keeping topics on topic and in the appropriate categories & of course being decent toward each other.
A main key rule is not to @mention team members as an etiquette as you can imagine it could create a notification overload.
