# New plugin outlets: above-site-header and below-site-header

I would like to suggest adding plugin outlets above and below site header:  
[https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/4520](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/4520)  
It would be consistent with already existing plugin outlets above and below footer.

I need to add content to the top of the page before any other content. I can do so in CSS/HTML customization settings but not from plugin.
