# 로그아웃된 방문자에게 새 프로필이 여전히 숨김됨 ("공개 프로필 숨기기" 해제 후에도)

여러분 안녕하세요, 처음 온 사람입니다. 설정 → 프로필에서 “공개 프로필 숨기기” 체크를 해제했는데, 로그아웃된 브라우저 창에서 내 프로필 URL을 열면 여전히 "이 사용자의 공개 프로필은 숨겨져 있습니다."라고 표시됩니다.

새 계정인 경우 이런 것이 정상인가요? 예를 들어, “새 사용자 프로필 숨기기” 설정 때문에 계정이 게시물을 올리거나 더 높은 신뢰 수준에 도달할 때까지 프로필이 숨겨지는 것일까요? 그렇다면 공개 가시성이 활성화되는 조건은 무엇인가요?

맞추셨습니다. 새로운 사용자의 프로필은 숨겨져 있으며, 이는 누군가가 새 계정을 생성한 뒤 URL이나 기타 정보를 입력해 스팸을 생성하는 것을 방지하기 위한 것입니다.

어쨌든 모든 수준의 모든 프로필에는 `X-Robots-Tag: noindex` 헤더가 적용되므로 검색 엔진에 의해 링크되지 않습니다. Discourse의 사용자 프로필에 스팸을 게시하는 것은 큰 시간 낭비입니다.
