Minor UI issue: On [meta.discourse.org/new](http://meta.discourse.org/new) the “See 1 new topic” alert is covering the underlying text:

with default settings and 100% text size:

To repro:

1. Clear new messages on /new
2. Leave the window open until a new message alert appears
