New update changed style

(Jack Zubyk) #1

We recently updated to v1.3.0.beta4 +38 and noticed our sub categories went from being listed vertically to horizontally. We’ve made no changes to our stylesheet. Any idea on how this happened and how to correct this? I attached a screen shot to show what I mean.

Same happened for us, and we have the big whitespace gaps between topic listings, since we have many subcategories. :frowning:

I believe @eviltrout did a change here recently.

I’d like to add that I actually like the new style … but since there’s something weird about why topics are or are not displaying. We have category featured topics set to 5, but anywhere between 0 and 5 are displaying at Categories - OpenMRS Talk

It would be nice if this number “stretched” to match the length of the subcategory list and cut out all the whitespace.

Can be altered with CSS. Just need to add the following to your style sheet.

    .topic-list.categories .category .subcategories {
    display: flex;
    margin-top: 10px;
}

This was absolutely a mistake of mine. I’ve fixed it here:
