새로운 사용자가 첫 번째 스레드를 삭제할 수 없는 문제가 있습니다. 새로운 사용자가 자신이 생성한 스레드도 삭제할 수 있도록 설정할 수 있는 곳이 어디인지 알려주실 수 있나요?

해당 설정을 24에서 0으로 변경해 보셨나요?
