# Newly-created "unlisted" Topics send "new topic" Notifications

Well, unlisted means hidden from the topic list. I think it doesn’t suppress any on-site notifications (@mentions, quotes, replies, links, likes, …).

When would users be notified of the topic if not when it’s created? Unlisting doesn’t trigger notifications
