你好 首先：抱歉我的英语不好。我不是母语者。 我在根服务器上安装了 Discourse。 我（曾经）在子域名 `discourse.mydomain.de1` 上遇到了一些问题……但现在它已经可以工作了……差不多吧。 我选择了 Elastic Email，因为我的安装指南是这么推荐的。🙂 我没有收到激活邮件。 discourse-doctor 向我显示了以下内容： ```plaintext ==================== YML 设置 ==================== DISCOURSE_HOSTNAME=discourse.mydomain.de SMTP_ADDRESS=smtp.elasticemail.com DEVELOPER_EMAILS=已隐藏 SMTP_PASSWORD=已隐藏 SMTP_PORT=2525 SMTP_USER_NAME=myusername@googlemail.com LETSENCRYPT_ACCOUNT_EMAIL=已隐藏 ==================== 邮件测试 ==================== 要进行更可靠的测试，请从 http://www.mail-tester.com/ 获取一个地址。 正在向 REDACTED 发送邮件... 正在使用 myusername@googlemail.com:mypassword@smtp.elasticemail.com:2525 向 test-q78wb@mail-tester.com 发送邮件。 SMTP 服务器连接成功。 正在向 test-q78wb@mail-tester.com 发送邮件... 邮件已被 SMTP 服务器接受。 ------------------------------------------------------- 如果您没有收到该邮件，请检查您的垃圾邮件文件夹， 或使用类似 http://www.mail-tester.com/ 的服务再次测试。 如果邮件未送达，这并不是 Discourse 的问题。 请检查 SMTP 服务器日志，以查看邮件未能送达的原因。 ``` 我不知道在哪里可以找到 Elastic Email 的“日志文件”…… ---

好的，谢谢。 日志文件中没有相关条目。 还有其他建议吗？ 为什么使用这个该死的邮件服务器会这么复杂？ ---

我已经解决了问题。我使用了另一个电子邮件服务提供商。可惜我不明白为什么 ElasticEmail 无法正常工作。支持团队非常友善并尽力帮助我，但……在德语中我们常说：“他不是蛋糕上最亮的那根蜡烛！”谢谢你的支持。 ---
