Here on Meta I see

I double checked my setting is English and deleted all my cookies but no joy.

Confirmed, @nat is working in this area and will ensure we sort out this regression.

A lot stems from Meta being multi-lingual today and some of our algorithms are have trouble accurately detecting the original language.
