# Non moderator wants to collect list of posts that need moving

I want to submit all the individual posts in a thread that veered off into another topic. I tried flagging the post as off topic but wasn’t expecting the post to be hidden for all users.

I’m looking for the best way to send the moderator the list of posts in one thread to be moved to a new topic. It would be great if I could flag them for the moderator without altering the thread.

There’s some good info on the calculations that happen backstage to activate the ‘community hide’ screen in this topic:

There may be some scope within those settings for your admin/moderator to tweak them so you don’t ‘one hit hide’ an off-topic post?

I ended up sending the moderator the list of post numbers in the topic that we want moved. I clicked under each post on the chain icon to get the post’s number.

You can also tap the timestamp in the top-right corner of a post to get some useful info too. 👍 (and long-press/right-click to grab a quick link)

Thanks - I had seen that once by accident but wasn’t sure how I made it happen.
