# 标题中不允许使用大写字母

关于在标题中使用全大写字母的问题已经进行了广泛的讨论。在标题中使用大写字母是可以接受的，只要不过度即可。像“This needs to STOP now”这样的标题是完全可以的。

使用 CJK 语言环境的论坛也可以用他们本地的字母输入标题，因为我们会自动禁用对它们的 ALLCAPS 检测。

但是，如果用户输入 `ALL CAPS CJKCHARS ALLCAPS MORECJK`，它会触发全大写检测，因为所有可以小写的字符都已大写。这会给那些混合使用英语和 CJK 语言，但以英语为默认语言的论坛带来问题。在这种情况下，他们需要切换一个站点设置。

或者，惩罚每个非 CJK 论坛使用 ALLCAPS 并不是一个理想的解决方案。
