When I need to silence a user due to bouncing emails, I don’t want an email to go out to them to notify them of the event [as far as i believe]

I’m guessing if you leave the silence reason empty, it won’t send an email to them.

I don’t see an admin option to add a custom silence reason to the existing list. I’d like to add “Bouncing emails”.
