Nothing happens when I click on the /admin/email-logs/received email subect blue links

Thanks for reporting it! It seems we are unconditionally wrapping the subject in a link even if there’s nothing to link to… We’ve added a fix, which will be included the next time you update Discourse https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/36324
