v1.3.0 is released now.

Make sure to test it before deploying to production.

### Notable changes:

- Banners are now sorted as they are displayed on the settings page. Instead of the “Display order” field, now you can sort the banners using the native [re-ordering](https://meta.discourse.org/t/objects-type-for-theme-setting/305009/30) buttons.

- Changed the behavior of the **Audience** field:

- Changed default Splide carousel options:
