# 사용자 설정에도 불구하고 채팅 알림 이메일이 전송되지 않음

우리가 Discourse Chat을 사용하려면, 개인 메시지가 전송될 때 사람들이 확실하게 알림을 받도록 보장해야 합니다. 이는 다음을 의미합니다:

- 창이 비활성 상태일 때 데스크톱/푸시 알림을 받는 것 (사용자가 마지막으로 활동한 시점과 무관하게)
- 사용자가 메시지를 확인하지 않은 지 X분 후 이메일 알림을 받는 것.

또한 특정 채널이 이러한 방식으로 작동하도록 구성할 수 있기를 원합니다. 이상적으로는 사용자 수준이 아닌 채널 수준의 설정이어야 하며, 사용자가 원할 경우 변경할 수 있어야 합니다. (그렇지 않으면 여러 그룹에게 클라이언트를 설정하는 방법을 설명해야 합니다.)
