# 알림 설정이 작동하지 않나요?

각 카테고리의 첫 번째 게시물을 보고 있습니다:
하지만 특정 태그는 음소거(muted)했습니다:
그러나 해당 카테고리에서 생성된 모든 새 주제에 대해 이메일 알림을 계속 받고 있습니다. 주제가 생성되는 즉시 ‘slack’ 태그가 이미 붙어 있는 상태입니다.
이 문제를 해결할 우회 방법이 있을까요? 감사합니다.

하지만 내가 모니터링하려는 주제들이 태그가 붙지 않으면 어떻게 해야 할까요? 아니면 모든 새 주제에 자동으로 태그를 붙이는 방법이 있을까요?
조금 더 자세히 설명하자면, 제 포럼에는 다음 두 가지가 모두 있습니다:
- _자동 생성된 주제_: 봇이 생성합니다(슬랙 대화를 미러링하는 봇). 이 주제들은 태그가 붙어 있으며, 우리 스태프가 무시하길 원합니다.
- _일반 주제_: 사용자가 생성합니다. **사용자들은 보통 주제에 아무 태그도 붙이지 않습니다.** **하지만 이 주제들에 대해서는 우리 스태프에게 알림을 보내고 싶습니다.**

네, 이 경우에는 태그 대신 하위 카테고리 구성을 사용하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
사용자 주제에는 상위 카테고리를,
봇 주제에는 하위 카테고리를 사용하세요.
그런 다음 상위 카테고리를 **첫 게시물 관찰** 로 설정하고 하위 카테고리를 **음소거** 하면 됩니다.
다른 분들께서 더 좋은 아이디어를 갖고 계실 수도 있습니다. 🙂

저는 감시 상태와 음소거 상태 중 하나가 우선순위를 가져야 한다고 생각하는데, 어떤 방식으로 처리하든 결국 누군가는 만족할 것입니다.
