Same here. My upgrade hung, had to rebuild to resolve. Extra annoying is that the console doesn’t work properly for me on the subfolder install (see [here](https://meta.discourse.org/t/non-standard-port-breaks-uploads/49022/18)) so it was really hard to see that it was hung.
