I know this plugin is just for chat platforms. Is there a way that we can integrate this to Facebook Page or twitter?
Eg. Someone created a new post on your discourse community, it automatically post to your twitter or facebook page?

You shouldn’t need this plugin for that. Use Webhooks to alert on a new topic and something like Zapier/IFTTT to do the posting to social media.
