Curious if there’s a good way to give users the option to be notified about links to watched threads being used elsewhere on the site? I am a moderator on a forum where we auto-close threads with a message encouraging folks start new topics with links back to related threads. This is useful for tidiness and topic-focus. Some folks monitoring those old threads have asked to be notified when those links are used in new topics. You are only notified if someone links to your post or topic if you are the owner (creator) of said post or topic. No other notifications are planned.
