# Notify user when title or category of their topic was changed?

Is there a way to notify a user by default if a moderator changes the category or title of a topic they created?

They do get a notification? Well they do on my site
I don’t believe there is an option to turn it off however if that’s what your after

I get notifications here when my posts are edited or recategorized.

Oh well - seems I have been a moderator for too long (and choosing the correct categories and topic titles).
