# Gebruiker handmatig per e-mail uitnodigen maar zonder registratie?

Hallo allemaal,
Dit is mijn eerste bericht hier op dit forum. Mijn Engels is niet het beste, dus ik schrijf de tekst in het Duits.
Ik heb Discourse geïnstalleerd op een zelf gehost systeem.
Het systeem moet aan de volgende vereisten voldoen:
- Niemand kan zich anoniem registreren (knop is al verborgen)
- Een nieuwe gebruiker mag het forum alleen per e-mail met een uitnodiging betreden.
Nu wil ik dat ik een nieuwe gebruiker kan aanmaken, wiens gegevens ik vooraf kan invoeren, zoals naam en bijnaam, enz.
Daarna stuur ik hem via het profiel een uitnodiging en als de gebruiker dan op de uitnodiging klikt, kan hij zijn eigen wachtwoord instellen. Deze uitnodigingen mogen alleen door de beheerder worden gedaan.
Is dit überhaupt mogelijk en zo ja, hoe stel ik dit in?

You can definitely invite a user via e-mail, but as far as I know, there is no built-in method to “pre-make” the user profile.
The only options you have while inviting, is adding them to a specific group or choosing the landing topic they’ll see when logging in a first time.

The only workaround I see is manually making accounts in their name maybe? So something like:
- log out
- create a new account (as the user would)
- log back in as admin
- find the user
- activate their profile

Yes, I’ve also considered something similar.
But I’ll take a look at the group settings, maybe I can assign the people I want to invite through them.
The background is that in this forum, there are different people from different areas that I would have sorted accordingly beforehand.

- People from area B
and so on…

In feite gaat het erom alle leden van een vereniging van tevoren aan te kunnen leggen. Afhankelijk van de taak en functie binnen de vereniging.
Het forum mag niet openbaar zijn voor iedereen op internet, aangezien er ook interne verenigingszaken besproken moeten worden.
Zodat elk lid zijn taken naar behoren kan uitvoeren, de juiste onderwerpen kan zien en andere zaken intern niet direct zichtbaar zijn.
Het grootste probleem hierbij is dat velen dan bijnamen gebruiken of onjuiste informatie geven over hun taak en persoon.
Alle gegevens van verenigingsleden zijn beschikbaar volgens de privacyregelgeving en kunnen vooraf worden aangemaakt.
