토픽 목록에서 일반 사용자로 북마크된 토픽 옆의 북마크 아이콘을 클릭해 고정하려고 해도 아무 반응이 없습니다

Seems the pin icon does not appear anymore.
I think now the bookmark icon always takes you to the first post of the topic and not the post you bookmarked.

The behavior is the same at desktop and moblie, and at /latest, /top and /categories .

But it does not fit to the statement in the other topic. The title takes you to the unread posts and the bookmark to the first post.

Tapping the bookmark icon next to a topic title on mobile does not work

This is intentional. On mobile the entire topic title is the target, because we don’t think someone’s finger can accurately target such a small hit area. On desktop, laptop, etc there is a more accurate pointing device and smaller areas can be targets. I suggest visiting the bookmarks tab in your user profile to jump to bookmarks on mobile.
