Yes, it’s always in the same order. But in the yml file the texts can be in a random order, because the code refers to them with the key.
You could create a test user, which is always helpful to get the full experience on how things currently work. But you can also send a PM to discobot as your admin user and use @discobot start tutorial (English interface; if your interface is French, it will tell you what to say instead).
