# Onebox feature doesn't work well

When I post my website internal weblink, onebox function works well.  
But doesn’t work if post external weblink. What’s wrong?

For example:

Ideally it should work like this

my setting about onebox:

Settings → Security

Your server IP might be getting rate-limited by amazon (which might explain amazon onebox not working) or maybe your server’s firewall is limiting outbound connections.

You can try using the plugin ["Onebox Assistant", crawl for those previews reliably!](https://meta.discourse.org/t/onebox-assistant-crawl-for-those-previews-reliably/107405)
