서버 IP가 Amazon에 의해 속도 제한(rate-limiting)을 받고 있을 수 있습니다(이것이 Amazon 원박스(onebox)가 작동하지 않는 이유를 설명할 수 있습니다) 또는 서버의 방화벽이 아웃바운드 연결을 제한하고 있을 수 있습니다.
