My fork for oneboxes for [PubMed](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed), the definitive index of medical/biological literature in the US and many other places has been merged. Here are some examples:

> **[Evolutionary trees from DNA sequences: a maximum likelihood approach - PubMed](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7288891/)**
>
> The application of maximum likelihood techniques to the estimation of evolutionary trees from nucleic acid sequence data is discussed. A computationally feasible method for finding such maximum likelihood estimates is developed, and a computer...

> **[Integrating influenza antigenic dynamics with molecular evolution - PubMed](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24497547/)**
>
> Influenza viruses undergo continual antigenic evolution allowing mutant viruses to evade host immunity acquired to previous virus strains. Antigenic phenotype is often assessed through pairwise measurement of cross-reactivity between influenza...

I’d be happy to hear any suggestions.
