We’ve recently lost the ability to onebox links to other threads and posts within our installation. I can see this working on meta, so am assuming this isn’t a regression.
Are there any gotchas/known issues that can lead to failures? Are there any other sites using Discourse+SSL+Cloudflare?

Last time we looked this was due to internal DNS failing on your instance.
(Applies only to external oneboxing, now that I have read your post more closely)

Indeed, I’m being daft and forgot that it doesn’t work for secured categories, even if the post is in the same secure category.
Is that behaviour likely to change @codinghorror?
