In my forum, I want to allow users to book playground fields under my control without any manual interference.I need a very basic plugin without any payment feature need or any other complications
So, is there some similar kind of plugin available with discourse?
If not, what api’s can I use to make this plugin.

Not really. If it’s a small community, you could create a wiki post where people could keep up with the schedule.
