# 仅发送每日电子邮件摘要，离开时不要为每次回复发送

我想知道是否可能每天只发送一封关于通知（如回复）的电子邮件。目前，用户（在离线时）每收到一条回复就会收到一封邮件。一些用户认为这很烦人，我也这么觉得。电子邮件并不是最佳的通知方式，因为它们会塞满收件箱。
当然，人们可以将论坛安装为 PWA（渐进式 Web 应用），但如果您没有及时打开通知，您仍然会收到邮件。
因此，如果有一个选项可以只接收一封每日通知摘要邮件，这将大大改善这一情况。我认为目前这还不可行，是这样吗？

确实。但“仅离开”状态的超时时间仅为 10 分钟。对于大多数通知而言，这意味着您仍会收到电子邮件。由于 10 分钟的超时时间太短，我认为最好只收到一封包含每日或每周通知的邮件。

那么……在您的网站设置中将该10分钟更改为更高的数字？是什么阻止您这样做？请参阅 `email_time_window_mins`。将其设置为600或您喜欢的任何数字。

我还没有尝试过（目前还没有），因为最用户友好的选项是图形用户界面。但我会看看它效果如何。它仍然不是每日通知摘要，对吧？

顺便说一句，我在“summary”和“digest”这两个关键词上也遇到了困难，这两个词在一些人的词汇中似乎有所重叠，但在 Discourse 将它们作为功能引入的方式上却有所不同……

Discourse 的界面对这个功能使用了不同的词语或表达方式（因此用户在 meta 上使用了所有这些词语）……这有点令人困惑，但我们正在努力让它在所有地方都命名为“activity summary”。
