# 仅对登录用户开启在新标签页打开外部链接功能

when admin setting `default other external links in new tab` is on, if anonymous users click on a link in a topic, it opens in the **same window**.

even if the link has the `target = "_blank"` attribute, it doesn’t open in a new tab.

should it work like this? is there anyway to make links which open in new tab for anonymous users (not logged in)?
